We were hesitant to stay based on some of the reviews. Glad we stayed there anyway. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. It’s not a luxurious resort but it doesn’t cost as much either. We’d stay there again.
I was checked in by amber and she was the sweetest! I was a bit over the edge and she help calm me down and get the help I was needed! She was the best! I met Ashley as well and she was the sweetest to!!! I’ll definitely be back to stay again. Their customer service and the rooms were very amazing .
The room was huge and spotless. Plenty of towels and toilet paper.. the bed was comfortable...the breakfast selections were plentiful.. definitely a great value..
Our room was clean and stocked. It was really comfortable and the staff was really helpful! Thank you for lending us a charger when our truck broke down!!
I have stayed in a lot of different hotels in my day, I have to say this Hotel is the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff has been amazing. The Hotel is quiet and has a fantastic breakfast. I will pick this Hotel again. Thank you for the best stay ever. Bed was comfortable and room was awesome.
Nice big room, everything clean, nicely appointed. Good dark-out drapes, comfy beds, the pillows (4 each bed) were small squared, but very comfy, beds were nicely firm and snuggly. My only gripe is breakfast, which was excellent hot & cold selections closed at 9 - my roommate wasn't even up until just before 9, so I (early riser, called clients and nice walk around the property a couple times to get the blood going) got a very nice eggs & sausage breakfast, she got bupkis. Really should keep breakfast open until at least 10!
Ok room was fine, service was good, the really only problem we had was the pool! We literally switched hotels because they had an indoor pool but I am not exaggerating when I tell you that water was ICE COLD. My daughter will swim in water way too cold to swim in but even she wasn't getting in there. I'm talking your foot started going numb if you stood it in for a min. And this was May..in Texas... The pool at the first hotel that was outside was warmer and it was actually raining when we were there. Just wish that was an amenity we could have used it was a main reason we went but everything else was good.
Great hotel. New updated rooms. Ann is the best front desk person I've seen in a long time. Will stay again.
